Requirements and Conditions

Holding a bachelor’s degree in any field for advanced programs or professional fellowship, with a minimum grade of “Good.”
At least two years of practical experience in human resources or management (preferred).
Passing the personal interview.
Intermediate level in English (preferred).
Intermediate level in computer skills (preferred).
Commitment to attendance and active participation in practical activities and applied training.
