The Fellowship in Governance and Compliance is an advanced and specialized program designed to prepare professional experts and specialists in the fields of corporate governance and regulatory compliance. The program equips participants with the knowledge and skills needed to design and implement effective governance systems and ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations.

The program combines a deep understanding of the principles of good governance, regulatory frameworks, risk management, anti-corruption and anti-money laundering, and corporate ethics, alongside practical application within real working environments.

The fellowship is distinguished by its strategic partnerships with regulatory authorities, central banks, capital markets, listed companies, and major auditing and consulting firms. Preparing specialized experts in governance and compliance capable of leading corporate governance programs.

Mastering the application of Saudi governance standards and the regulations of the Capital Market Authority (CMA).

Requirements and Conditions

Holding a bachelor’s degree in any field with a minimum grade of Good.
At least two years of professional experience in management or related fields (preferred).
Passing the personal interview.
Intermediate level of English proficiency (preferred).

How many training hours does the fellowship include?

Yes, the fellowships are accredited by the Scientific Endowment Platform at King Abdulaziz University, and the fellowship is supervised by the College of Economics at the same university.

Payments can be made via Tabi, Tamara, Jeel Pay, or Maysar gateways.

Completing at least 70% attendance, passing exams, and successfully presenting the applied fellowship projects.
